We are not a guaranteed 24/7 emergency service. After-hours and urgent help may be available depending on crew and location — we’ll be honest about what we can do when you call.

If anyone is in danger, or you smell burning and cannot safely isolate power, call 000 first.

When to call us

• Sudden loss of power to part or all of the home
• Safety switch / RCD trips that won’t reset safely
• Urgent faults you’re unsure how to isolate

For planned work — lighting, GPOs, smoke alarms, switchboard upgrades — use our packages or quote form during normal business contact.
